Solution:

Apparently the person conducting the survey has decided to remove you from the survey since you do not meet the survey's criteria, and therefore your replies will harm the surveys correctness.
Unfortunately, the decision is up to the researcher conducting the survey, who is representing the company that performs the survey, and there is no way to override the decision.
Unfortunately, you will not receive the prize for this survey.
