Anne M. Busquet
CEO, IAC Local Services
Ms. Busquet was named CEO of IAC Local Services encompassing Evite, Citysearch, Entertainment Publications, Inc and TripAdvisor at InterActiveCorp ("IAC"), formerly USA Interactive, in February 2004. Previously Ms. Busquet served as President of USA's Travel Services group and Senior Advisor from January 2003 to February 2004. Prior to IAC, Ms. Busquet was President of AMB Advisors, LLC, and an independent consulting firm. Previously, she was at American Express for 23 years in diverse executive positions. Ms. Busquet has an MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Cornell University.

Rory J. Cowan
Chairman, President and CEO, Lionbridge
Prior to founding Lionbridge in 1996, Mr. Cowan was chief executive officer of Stream International Inc., a $1.8 Billion division of R. R. Donnelley & Sons, and was interim chief executive officer of Interleaf, Inc. In addition to his activities at Stream, Mr. Cowan was executive vice president and member of the Management Committee for R.R. Donnelley from 1991 to 1996. Prior to Donnelley, Mr. Cowan was president and chief executive officer of CSA Press of Hudson, Mass., a 1986 acquisition of R.R. Donnelley. He also held positions at Compugraphic Corporation, in Wilmington, Mass., and London, England. Mr. Cowan attended Vassar College and received his M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Jeffrey Schwartz
Managing Director, Bain Capital Ventures
Before joining Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Schwartz was a portfolio manager for several public equities funds at Wellington Management Company. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch in the Equity Capital Markets Group. Mr. Schwartz received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.

William Meurer
General Partner, BEV Capital
Mr. Meurer joined BEV in 1998. Prior to BEV, he was a Senior Manager with the Boston Consulting Group and a leader within the firm's Consumer Goods and Retail practice group. He began his career in Brand Management with Nabisco Brands, Inc. Mr. Meurer's primary areas of investment focus include the consumer sector as well as technology-driven marketing services companies. Mr. Meurer's other Board responsibilities include: eNewsRelease, a developer of innovative PR applications; Bendon Publishing, a publisher of children's coloring and activity books, and Private Quarters, a direct seller of bed & bath textiles. Mr. Meurer holds a BA with honors from Dartmouth College as well as an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Michael Krupka
Managing Director, Bain Capital Ventures
Previous to Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Krupka was a Managing Director with the Private Equity Group of Bain Capital, where he focused his investing activities on technology and technology-driven companies. In addition, he has served in several operating roles as President of a $110M revenue software company and CFO of a $70M revenue services company. Mr. Krupka has a BA from Dartmouth College.

David Shpilberg, Ph.D.
Director, Worldwide Information Technology Practice, Bain & Company, Inc.
Dr. Shpilberg brings over 25 years of expertise in the areas of IT strategy, software development and business management. Before joining Bain and Company as a Senior Partner this year, Dr. Shpilberg was COO and CTO of Knight Trading Group. Prior to joining Knight, Dr. Shpilberg was Vice-Chairman of Management Consulting Services for Ernst & Young. He received a BS in Aeronautics and Astronautics, an MS in Operations Research and a PhD in Management Science, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
